Importance of Exercising

Moderate to vigorous activity is very important and has many benefits. If you engage in moderate to vigorous exercise at least 150 minutes a week then you will increase your lifespan and cardiovascular endurance. No matter what field of study you are in especially physical education you should engage in exercise. You can go for a walk, jog, a swim, or even shovel the snow, but engaging in at exercise at least 30 minutes a day will help you mainain a healthy lifestyle. I exercise everyday because I believe its important to practice what you preach.
